Bitita is our AI-powered public intelligence platform.Using WhatsApp as one of its primary interfaces, the platform transforms citizen reports into structured data, enriched with climate, socioeconomic, and territorial information. Through AI agents, these inputs are classified, prioritized, and converted into actionable insights for public authorities. This enables governments not only to register issues, but to understand risks, anticipate crises, and guide public policies in real time. As a result, the solution does more than amplify the citizen’s voice. It ensures that it is interpreted, contextualized, and translated into concrete action, promoting transparency, efficiency, and meaningful social impact.
