Project Concept

Overview

Our project is a WhatsApp AI agent that helps Brazilians access social programs and legal aid.

Users simply describe their situation using voice or text, allowing people with low literacy to communicate easily with the system.

The AI analyzes the request and responds in clear Portuguese, explaining what rights or support the person may qualify for.

This may include support through:

social programs such as Bolsa Família
free legal assistance

All communication is provided in simple and accessible Portuguese.

Goal

The goal is to build an agentic AI ally that empowers people in vulnerable situations to understand and access their rights in a simple and accessible way.

How the AI Works

Technically, the AI compares the user’s situation with relevant laws and social program requirements.

Based on this analysis, it generates simple and practical guidance for the user.

The AI can:

generate eligibility checklists
explain rights and benefits
guide users on where to seek help
inform which documents are required
read and explain documents
answer questions
send relevant information to the user

User Experience

The agent works like a friend who is always ready to help.

It guides the user step by step until they understand their rights, what benefits they may qualify for, and what actions they should take next.

I work with IT infrastructure and information security, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). I have knowledge in the field and experience with tools such as Azure and SAP. I am passionate about technology and AI, and I am currently working on personal projects to deepen my knowledge in this area.

I am looking to connect with like-minded people who are passionate about AI and interested in building and exploring new ideas together. I’m also interested in learning more about Google AI tools and how to use them.

Creation of videos fully made with AI, from the script to the voice, using tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, CapCut, ElevenLabs, and Flow. I also share tips and information about AI on a social media page where I talk about AI and new developments in the field.
