Project Concept

Aresta targets informal workers, students, and distance learners left behind by the digital revolution, translating their human potential into market-ready skills. In Brazil, where 84% of employers struggle to find qualified talent (per Robert Half), AI remains a tool primarily used by the Class A. We break this cycle by democratizing AI for non-digital natives through a natural language mentor that ditches technical jargon. By focusing on the World Economic Forum’s core skills for the future, we provide practical reskilling for informal workers and distance learners, using Data Science to match real-time market demand with a user’s existing talents to boost the national GDP.
Our elite squad is built to turn this vision into a scalable reality. Livia, a ambev hackathon winner, leads product and strategy with an agile business mindset, while João frontend specialist transforms complex concepts into fluid, high-fidelity user experiences. The system is backed by Enzo, a developer focused on high-performance microservices and an ML specialist, Isaac, mastering AI agents, RAG, and LLMOps. Together, we combine infrastructure, intuitive design, and applied intelligence to build ARESTA that solve real social problems by bridging the gap between what people can do and what the new economy actually requires.

Founder and Project Leader at Enactus
PRODUTO
I am a Business Administration student at PUC-Campinas and a Business Analyst driven by the need to transform complex data to help decision making. As the founder of Vênus (Top 80 in Brazil by Desafio LED/Globo), I lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery and user research to the current user testing phase in partnership with the Enactus network. My track record includes winning 1st Place and the Individual Highlight award at the Ambev Hackathon, where I acted as a Squad Lead coordinating multidisciplinary teams under Agile frameworks to solve real-market challenges.
I am seeking to deepen my expertise in Generative AI and automation to elevate strategic processes. I am also advancing my expertise in Python for frontend development and leveraging Gemini for rapid prototyping and business modeling to execute scalable digital solutions.
I am currently architecting Elevator, an AI-powered EdTech, managing the product roadmap and MVP development to democratize access to entry level jobs. To ensure data-driven decision-making, I leverage Power BI, SQL, and Excel for growth metrics, while utilizing Trello, Lucid, and Gantt charts for workflow orchestration. I am also starting as a Business Intelligence Intern at Siemens, where I explore data analysis applied to software projects.

Frontend Software Engineer at MB Labs
FRONT E UX
I am a Software Engineering student and work as a Frontend Software Engineer at MB Labs(Fintech), focusing on creating responsive and accessible interfaces, with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, usability, and user experience (UI/UX). I am skilled at organizing ideas and structuring solutions through brainstorming, transforming concepts into clear and well-defined flows before implementation. I enjoy thinking about products in a structured way, mentally visualizing flows and paths to transform ideas into digital solutions. I also have skills with Figma and a creative profile for conceiving, prototyping, and developing products quickly.
I am interested in applied frontend development, especially in architecture and the use of AI to enhance frontend development. I enjoy building products at the intersection of software engineering, UX, and artificial intelligence, transforming ideas into scalable web applications that generate real value for the user.
Currently, I work as a frontend software engineer, focused on improving the architecture, performance, and scalability of applications. I explore better ways to organize components, use design systems, and apply design patterns to build consistent, reusable, and maintainable interfaces. I’m also interested in integrating AI to accelerate development and optimize workflows.

AI/ML Intern at CPQD
IA
