Smart Auditor & Contestation Guide

Powered by Google Gemini multimodal APIs, the application allows users to upload:

A photo of their electricity bill
A photo of their energy meter

Use AI to:

Extract and simplify bill data (OCR + contextual understanding)
Cross-check meter readings with billed consumption
Detect inconsistencies or improper charges
Guide the user through the whole bill contestation process

Our key innovation is transforming Generative AI into a tool for consumer empowerment, unlike traditional utility channels that:

Focus on revenue collection
Create friction in dispute processes

Our solution:

Removes technical and bureaucratic barriers
Educates users about tariffs, regulations, and rights
Enables users to actively challenge unfair charges
